What personal care demand of a fitting
Personal care manufacturing runs many products through shared equipment in short batches. Creams, gels and emulsions are far more viscous than the fluids most piping is designed around, and they leave residue anywhere the geometry allows it.
That makes drainability and dismantling the driving requirements. Tri-clamp connections that come apart for inspection, generous radii, and self-draining runs matter more here than pressure rating, which is usually modest.
Stainless throughout for product contact, with pre-fabricated spools reducing the number of site welds, and therefore the number of internal surfaces that have to be verified after installation.
